Shawn Eckley is the founder of Christ Led Men, a Christian life coaching ministry devoted to helping men lead with faith, purpose, and clarity. Born and raised in Tampa, Shawn is a graduate of the University of South Florida. A certified chaplain and coaching minister through the Christian Leadership Institute, he currently serves as a chaplain with the Tampa Police Department.

With more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry and ten years coaching high school soccer, Shawn brings a strong foundation of leadership, mentorship, and real-world insight to his coaching practice. But it was through personal loss and seasons of struggle—both in business and life—that he was drawn into a deeper relationship with God. These challenges sparked a transformational journey that led him to discover healing, forgiveness, and the power of daily abiding in Christ.

Shawn’s coaching is grounded in Scripture, shaped by compassion, and focused on equipping men to grow spiritually, lead their families, and navigate life’s challenges with a Christ-centered mindset. His guiding verses—Psalm 23 and Jeremiah 29:11—reflect his belief in God's faithful presence and intentional plans, even in the valleys.

He begins each day in God’s Word and prayer, and brings that same discipline and spiritual clarity to every coaching relationship. Shawn is married to his wife, Jessica, and they are proud parents to two children, Jackson and Carsyn. Whether you're seeking direction, healing, or deeper purpose, Shawn’s mission is simple: to help men live boldly and abundantly through a life led by Christ.
