From Empty Wins to a Christ-Led Life: The Wake-Up Call I Didn’t Expect

By the time I was 30, I had what many would call success. Career wins. Financial stability. The proverbial “race won.” But the truth? I was completely lost. I had achieved everything I set out to—and the medal meant nothing. No purpose. No peace. No connection. It unraveled me.

What followed were years of pretending. Drinking. Blaming others. Chasing something I couldn’t define. I was selfish, angry, and spiritually empty. Looking back, I know now what I didn’t then: I was running the wrong race.

I’ve been through a divorce. I’ve buried both my parents. I lost my home. My car was repossessed. I was stripped down to nothing—and still trying to "power through" like I always had. I thought I could out-muscle life. I couldn’t.

That’s why I coach today. Because there’s a cheat code, and no one’s talking about it. It's not about being stronger—it’s about being surrendered. Not waiting until you're 75 to beg God for forgiveness. I've seen that. It’s weak. And it doesn’t have to be your story.

I want to help professional men realize they don’t have to do this alone. A star quarterback doesn’t run the field solo—he’s got coaches, teammates, and support. You need that too, and maybe that’s why you’re here.

This isn’t about therapy—it’s about transformation through truth, commitment, and Christ. Let’s talk. Let’s walk. Let’s get you off the hamster wheel and onto the path you were meant for.
